无创呼吸机对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者治疗效果的影响

目的探讨飞利浦V60 无创呼吸机对慢阻肺急性加重患者的临床疗效，为慢阻肺急性加重患者的临床治疗提供理论参考遥方法选取于我院进行治疗的慢阻肺急性加重患者70 例，按随机数字表法平均分成对照组35 例与实验组35 例，对照组采取常规内科治疗，实验组在对照组的基础上予以无创呼吸机治疗曰观察并分析两组患者临床疗效，利用统计学分析两组患者住院天数尧使用抗生素药物时间的差异遥结果治疗后，实验组总有效率37 例（92.50%）明显大于对照组总有效率31 例（77.50%）尧抗生素使用时间及住院天数均显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（<0.05）遥结论无创呼吸机治疗能缓解慢阻肺急性加重患者临床症状，效果显著，还能减少抗生素的使用，提早患者康复出院时间，值得临床推广使用遥

Effect of Noninvasive Ventilator on the Treatment of Patients with Acute Exacerbation ofChronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Philips V60 non-invasive ventilator in patients with acute exacerbation ofchronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD),and to provide a theoretical reference for the clinical treatment of patients with acuteexacerbations of COPD.Methods In our hospital for treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease in 70 cases,were randomly divided into control group of 35 cases and 35 cases in the experimental group,the control groupreceived routine medical treatment,the experimental group was treated with non-invasive ventilator on the basis of the control group.Observation and analysis of the two groups of clinical efficacy,using statistical analysis of the two groups of patients in hospital days,the use of antibiotic drug time difference.Results After treatment,the total efficiency of experimental group was 37 cases (92.50%)wassignificantly higher than the control group the total efficiency of 31 cases (77.50%),antibiotic use time and hospitalization time weresignificantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive ventilatortherapy can relieve the clinical symptoms of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,patients with significanteffect,can reduce the use of antibiotics,early rehabilitation of patients with discharge time,is worthy of clinical use.
