摘    要:
目的 探究知-信-行健康教育模式对PICC置管肿瘤患者自我护理能力的影响。方法 回顾分析2016年10月~2017年12月我院进行肿瘤化疗PICC置管治疗的140例患者临床资料,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用知-信-行健康教育模式,观察对比两组患者自我护理能力。结果 观察组PICC置管知信行维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自护技能、自护责任感、自我概念、健康知识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 知-信-行健康教育模式可提高PICC置管肿瘤患者自我护理能力,提升患者的健康知识水平,促进了临床护理质量的提升,具有重要的临床价值。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of knowledge-belief-behavioral health education model on self care ability of patients with PICC catheterization.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 140 patients undergoing chemotherapy for PICC from October 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital.The clinical data were randomly divided into control group and observation group,70 cases in each group.The control group used routine health education.The observation group used the knowledge-belief-behavioral health education model to observe and compare the self-care ability of the two groups of patients.Results The score of PICC in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the self-care skills, self-care responsibility,self-concept and health knowledge score of the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The knowledge-belief-behavioral health education model can improve PICC self-care ability of cancer patients, improve their health knowledge,and promote the improvement of clinical nursing quality.It has important clinical value.
