| 摘 要： | 嗜血细胞综合征临床表现凶险，病情进展迅速，病死率高，本为报道我院收治的1例晚期胃癌化疗后并发嗜血细胞综合征患者，入院后多科联合会诊，积极治疗与精心护理，取得较好疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Abstract:The clinical manifestations of hemophagocytic syndrome are dangerous,the disease progresses rapidly,and the mortality is high.This is a case of advanced gastric carcinoma complicated with hemophagocytic syndrome after chemotherapy in our hospital. Positive treatment and meticulous nursing have achieved better curative effect. |
