摘    要:
目的 为了提高急诊科新护士应急能力,在课程设置及模式方面进行尝试。方法 制定培训目标,采用理论讲授,结合实践操作训练,并采用多种教学模式相结合的培训方法。结果 对急诊科新护士建立“以岗位胜任力”为重要评价结果的考试考核评价体系,对综合培训形式的过程及结果等进行针对性评价。结论 让新护士从被动接受培训到主动参与,激发其学习的积极性,帮助其自觉完成培训计划,最终使其达到职业素养、专业知识、专科技能的全面提升。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective In order to improve the emergency ability of new nurses in emergency department,try to set up and model the curriculum.Methods The training objectives are formulated, the theory teaching is adopted,the practice training is combined with the practice,and the training methods combined with various teaching modes are adopted.Results The new nurses of the emergency department established a test evaluation system with"competency as a task"as an important evaluation result,and conducted targeted evaluation of the process and results of the comprehensive training.Conclusion From the passive training to active participation,the new nurses stimulated their enthusiasm for learning,helping them to consciously complete the training program,and ultimately enable them to achieve professional improvement in professionalism,professional knowledge,and expertise.
