摘 要: | 目的探讨凝血真空采血管和标本放置温度或时间对常规凝血4项检验的影响。方法选择20名健康体检者,选择3种商品化的凝血真空采血管每人随机采集三管标本,及时低温离心分离血浆和检测。BD组凝血真空采血管检测结果分别与另两组检测结果作配对比较;将BD组血浆分装于冰箱和室温下保存,在2h、4h、8h后上机检测,所得结果与即时检测结果作配对比较。结果①国产A组的PT、APTT、FIB、TT结果与BD组结果无差异P〉0.05,国产B组的PT、APTT、FIB结果与BD组无差异P〉0.05,国产B组的TT结果低于BD组结果P〈0.05。②冰箱保存血浆8h后APTT和TT的检测结果高于即时检测结果(P〈0.05);室温保存血浆4h后TT的检测结果高于即时检测结果(P〈0.05),8h后PT、APTT的检测结果高于即时检测结果(P〈0.05);冰箱和室温保存后的FIB检测结果与即时检测结果差异(P〉0.05)。结论①由于凝血真空采血管厂家不同,质量有差异,对检测结果会产生影响,建议根据医院特点和要求,选择适合的凝血真空采血管;②凝血标本采集后应控制在2h内完成检测,建议不超过4h,应制定实验室凝血检测影响临床决策的界限。

Abstract: | Objective To analyzes the effect of different coagulation vacuum tubes and storage time or temperature on routine coagulation tests.Methods Collection plasma to three group coagulation vacuum tubes in random from 20 healthy volunteers,and test in time.The BD tube's results of coagulation tests respectively compare with the other two tubes.The plasma of BD tubes stored in the refrigerator and room temperature,tested after 2hour 、 4hour 、 8hour.The results of coagulation tests respectively compare with the results of real-time detection.Results 1The PT APTT FIB TT results of domestic group A have no difference with the group BD(P0.05).The PT APTT FIB results of domestic group B have no difference with the group BD(P0.05).The TT results of domestic group B are lower than the group BD(P0.05).2.Storage in the refrigerator after 8hours,The APTT and TT results are higher than the real-time detection(P0.05).Storage in the Room temperature after 4hours,The TT results is higher than the real-time detection(P0.05).Storage in the Room temperature after 8hours,The PT and APTT results are higher than the real-time detection(P0.05).storage in the refrigerator or Room temperature,The FIB results have no difference with the real-time detection(P0.05).Conclusion Because of the manufacturer different,The quality of the coagulation vacuum tubes are different.So we should choose the suitable tubes to guarantee quality.Coagulation specimen should be tested in 2hour after collected,not over 4hour.We should establish the coagulation tests boundaries of clinical decision in laboratory too. |
