参芪片辅助治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的临床疗效及其免疫调节作用

目的：观察参芪片对复发性生殖器疱疹（GH）的疗效及免疫调节作用。方法：将63例复发性GH患者随机分为参芪组（34例）与对照组（29例），治疗前后分别检测免疫功能，并比较两组复发情况。结果：参芪组治疗后T淋巴细胞CD3、CD4及CD4／CD8比值升高，CD8细胞百分比降低（P＜0．05），血清IL－2水平及红细胞花环形成率升高（P＜0．05），血清可溶性白细胞介素－2受体（SIL－2R）水平下降（P＜0．05）；对照组治疗前后上述指标无明显变化。随访到3个月时参芪组复发6例（17．6％），对照组复发13例（44．8％），两组比较差异有显著性（P＜0．05）；随访到6个月时参芪组复发9例（26．5％），对照组复发21例（72．4％），两组比较差异亦有显著性（P＜0．01）。结论：参芪片对复发性GH患者的免疫功能具有调节作用，并能降低GH的复发率。

Immune Modulatory and Therapeutical Effect of Shenqi Tablet Accessory Therapy in Treating Recurrent Genital Herpes

Objective: To observe the immune modulatory and therapeutical effect of Shenqi tablet (SQT) in treating recurrent genital herpes. Methods: Sixty three patients were randomly divided into two groups, the SQT group (34 cases) and the control group (29 cases). The immunologic function of patients was determined before and after treatment and the recurrence rate of two groups was compared. Results: In the SQT group after treatment, CD 3, CD 4 and CD 4/CD 8 ratio raised, CD 8 percent lowered, serum interleukin 2 (SIL 2) and RBC C 3b raised and serum SIL 2 receptor lowered (all P<0 05), while in the control group, the above mentioned parameters were not changed significantly. Follow up conducted 6 months after treatment showed that the recurrence rate in the SQT group was 26.5% (9 cases), which was lower than that in the control group (72.4%, 21 cases) significantly (P<0 01). Conclusion: SQT has immune modulatory effect in patients with recurrent genital herpes, it could reduce the recurrence rate.
