槲皮素纳米结晶混悬剂灌胃给药大鼠体内药物动力学研究

摘    要:
目的 观察槲皮素纳米结晶混悬剂(QT-NS)与槲皮素(QT)原料药,在大鼠体内药物动力学过程.方法 灌胃给药Wistar大鼠QT-NS与QT原料药.结果 口服QT-NS与QT原料药相比,QT - NS能明显改变药物在大鼠体内药物动力学过程.结论 QT-NS能促进药物的吸收,有效地提高了口服生物利用度.

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effect of quercetin nano crystalline suspension with QT raw materials on the rat in vivo pharmacokinetics.Methods:The intragastric administration of Wistar rat QT nano crystalline suspension with quercetin api was applied.Results:Oral QT nano crystalline suspension with QT raw materials,nano crystalline suspension significantly altered the drug in the rat in vivo pharmacokinetics.Conclusion: Quercetin nano crystalline suspension can promote drug absorption,effectively improving the oral bioavailability.
