| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法:自2005年5月应用经输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石38例。结果:35例单次碎石成功92.1%(35/38),术中2例上段结石较大碎石片上移至肾盂,术后行体外冲击波碎石(ESWL),1例进镜困难改开放手术,术后平均住院时间4.5 d。结论:经输尿管镜钬激光碎石是一种治疗输尿管结石安全、高效、创伤小、恢复快的方法,是ESWL术失败后治疗输尿管结石的重要方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of treating ureteral calculi with transureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods: The data of 38 cases undergone transureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy had been gathered since May of 2005 for the retrospective study.Results: The calculi were fragmented completely in 35 cases(92.1%;35/38).In two cases,the broken pieces moved to pelvis due to so upper site of the calculi under water flow during operation that it needed additional procedure of extracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy(ESWL),and one case was referred to open operation for trouble insert of ureateroscope.The average hospital stay was 4.5 days.Conclusion: Transureteroscpic holmium laser lithotripsy is safe and effective in treating ureteral calculi with little injury and quick recovery. |
