| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨肺动脉闭锁伴室间隔缺损(PA/VSD)彩超的特点及诊断要点.方法:运用超声心动图及彩色多普勒对患者进行多方位多切面的探查.结果:肺动脉闭锁伴室间隔缺损超声检查可见特征性改变.结论:彩超对肺动脉闭锁伴室间隔缺损可获得可靠诊断,无创伤无痛苦,可反复检测,但对肺循环血流供应来源的判断有一定的局限性.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the color doppler echocardiographic accuracy of pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect(PA/VSD).Method: The patient was chected every position.Result: PA/VSD has special characteristic in echocardiography diagnosis.Conclusion: PA/VSD can be diagnosed accurately by echocardiography with no wound and no pain,but a little limitations in determing the resource of pulmonary blood supply. |
