器械治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征研究进展

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（obstructive sleep apnea syndrome，OSAS）是临床工作中极为常见的一种睡眠呼吸暂停综合征亚型，其核心机制是夜间反复低氧、睡眠结构紊乱等导致心脑肾等各重要脏器损伤，危害严重。近年来在该病的器械治疗方面有取得了很大进展，主要集中在无创正压通气、口腔矫治器及上气道刺激等3种治疗方法，本文予以综述。

Progress of mechanotherapy in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

Ohstructive sleep apnea syndrome （OSAS）is a very common subtype of sleep apnea syndrome in clinical work, whose core pathomechanism is serious multiple organ dysfunction of heart, brain and kidney, etc., which is caused by repeated hypoxia and the disorder of sleep structure at night. This paper reviews the recent progress of mechanotherapy in the treatment of OSAS, such as non-invasire positive pressure ventilation, oral appliance, and upper airway stimulation, etc.
