高脂饮食对营养性肥胖大鼠模型建立的影响

摘    要:
【目的】观察实验用高脂饲料配方对建立营养性肥胖动物模型成功率的影响。【方法】用改进的高脂饲料喂养大鼠8周,观察体质量、Lees指数及其他指标,并与普食组进行比较。【结果】喂养8周后,高脂组大鼠体质量为(395.50±23.80)g,普食组大鼠体质量为(307.70±8.07)g,两者比较差异有显著性(P〈o.05);造模成功后,高脂组大鼠的Lees指数、睾丸周围脂肪量、。肾周同脂肪量及肝、肾重量均大于普食组,两组比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。【结论】高脂饮食可以引起大鼠营养性肥胖,猪油含量为15%的高脂饲料配方组成较为合理,致肥效果明显。

Abstract:
[Objective] To explore the effect of high fat diet on the success rate of diet-induced obesity model rat. [Methods] The weight of rats, Lees index and other indexes of obesity were measured after feeding rats with high fat diet for eight weeks, and compared the date with that of the normal animal feeds. [Results] The weights of rats fed with high fat diet and normal animal feeds were (395.50 ±23.80) g and (307.70 ± 8.07) g respectively, significant difference was observed between the two groups(P 〈 0.05). The weight of fat surround epididymis and kidney, and the weights of liver and kidney of rats fed with high fat diet were significantly higher than those fed with normal animal feeds (P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion ] The high fat diet composes of 15% lard may induce obesity in rats.
