不同植骨材料治疗腰椎退行性疾病临床疗效研究

[目的]研究经后路纳米羟基磷灰石／聚酰胺66（nano-hydroxyapatite／polyamide-66，n-HA／PA66）椎间融合器植骨融合联合椎弓根钉内固定治疗腰椎退行性疾病的疗效。[方法]将腰椎退行性病变患者纳入研究，随机分为给予n-HA／PA66植骨融合联合椎弓根钉内固定治疗的观察组、给予同种异体骨Cage植骨融合联合椎弓根钉内固定治疗的对照组，观察近期疗效指标、椎体融合情况及远期疗效指标。[结果]（1）观察组患者的椎间隙高度、曲度及JOA评分均高于对照组。（2）观察组患者的平均融合时间短于对照组，融合例数多于对照组，融合器沉降例数、异位例数少于对照组。（3）观察组患者的ODI评分低于对照组、SF-30评分高于对照组。[结论]n-HA／PA66植骨融合联合椎弓根钉内固定治疗有助于改善临床疗效、促进椎体融合、提高机体功能，具有积极的临床价值。

Clinical effect of different bone graft fusion by intervertebral fusion combined with pedicle screw fixation in treating lumbar degenerative disease

[Objective]To study the effect of posterior bone graft fusion by n-HA/PA66 intervertebral fusion cage combined with pedi- cle screw fixation in treating lumbar degenerative disease. [ Methods ] 66 patients with lower lumbar degenerative disease were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group given n-HA/PA66 intervertebral fusion combined with pedicle screw fixation and control group given cage intervertebral fusion combined with pedicle screw fixation. Then short-telln effect, vertebral fusion situation and long- term effect were observed. [ Results] （1） lntervertebral height, curvature and JOA score of observation group were higher. （2） Mean fu- sion time, cases of cage subsidence and shift of observation group were lower, and fusion cases of observation group were higher. （3） ODI scores of observation group were lower than control group, SF-30 scores of observation group were more than control group. [Conclusion ] n-HA/PA66 intervertebral fusion combined with pedicle screw fixation had positive clinical value for it could improve the clinical curative effect, promote vertebral fusion and enhance body function.
