摘    要:
随着绵羊规模化养殖蓬勃发展,改进羊的繁殖技术成为规模羊场提高效益的关键途径。研究羊鲜精保存技术,建立种公羊站辐射周边提供优质鲜精将大大提高优质种羊利用率及人工授精技术推广力度。目前,由于缺乏相应的鲜精保存技术支撑,种公羊站建设相对滞后。洛阳市畜牧良种繁育推广中心受河南省畜牧局委托承担冻精及鲜精稀释液研发任务。目前研发出了短期(3d)及长期(13d)保存鲜精稀释液配方,在低温(0℃~4℃)保存,3d内活力衰减5%以内。2018年3月-2018年8月在洛阳市畜牧良种繁育推广中心进行了鲜精低温保存及人工授精技术试验。对本单位4头杜泊、4头澳洲白和3头萨福克纯种绵羊种公羊采精后做低温保存技术处理,用处理后的鲜精进行24h、48h、72h活力评定,并选择2岁90只湖羊母羊经同期发情处理后,人工授精。结果是24h受精率达80%,48h受精率达73.3%,72h受精率63.3%,3d内受胎率有一定的差异。但为解决种公羊站短途运输及中长途运输鲜精问题提供新途径。

Abstract:
With the vigorous development of large-scale sheep breeding, it is a key method to increase the efficiency of large-scale sheep farms by improving breeding technology. The utilization rate of high-quality breeding sheep and the promotion of artificial insemination technology would be improved by studying the preservation technology of sheep fresh sperm and establishing a breeding ram station to provide high-quality fresh sperm around the radiation area. At present, due to the lack of corresponding technical support for fresh and fine preservation, the construction of ram planting station is relatively lagging behind. Luoyang Animal Husbandry Breeding Promotion Center was entrusted by Henan Animal Husbandry Bureau to undertake the research and development of frozen semen and fresh semen diluent. At present, the formula of fresh essence diluent for short-term (3 days) and long-term (13 days) preservation have been developed, which could be preserved at low temperature (0 ℃~ 4 ℃), and their vitality will decline within 5% for 3 days. From March 2018 to August 2018, experiments of fresh semen cryopreservation and artificial insemination were conducted in Luoyang Animal Husbandry Breeding Promotion Center. The sperm of four Dubois, four Australian white sheep and three Suffolk purebred sheep were collected and treated with cryopreservation technology. The vitality of the treated fresh sperm was evaluated for 24 h, 48 h and 72 h. 90 Hu sheep ewes of 2 years old were selected for artificial insemination after synchronous estrus. The results showed that the 24-hour fertilization rate was 80%, 48-hour was 73.3%, 72-hour was 63.3%, and the conception rate within three days was somewhat different. However, a new way was provided to ram station to solve the problem of short-distance transportation and medium-long-distance transportation of fresh semen.
