摘 要: | 目的探索基于5G网络技术和胜任力为导向的医学改革背景下的医防融合教育的新型混合教学模式。方法基于5G网络开展一系列医防融合的教育课程,通过多点多终端的形式支持学生的实时流媒体和实时在线互动。学习要点、测验、问卷调查和课上互动均基于微信平台。此外,通过每一堂课课后进行形成性评估,反馈-反思-指导和最后一堂课总结性评估,形成了一个综合评估系统,以帮助学生提升他们的核心竞争力。结果,现已开展有《常见慢性病流行现状及医-防整合的挑战和机遇》与《公共卫生与预防医学研究发展的方向与趋势》,5G网络提供了经验丰富的数据速率,满足了课程中下行链路和上行链路吞吐量的带宽需求。5G网络支持的形成性评估和反馈循环可以在平台上使用,更加快速准确地预测医学生的学习习惯和得分,有助于提高教育教学质量。结论通过5G网络技术实现医防融合教育是一种教学模式的新探索。它不仅可以提升医学生学习的主动性和积极性,还可以培养并提高医学生的核心胜任力。

Abstract: | Objective To explore a new blended teaching model based on 5G network technology and competency-based medical education(CBME).Methods A series of courses on integration of public health and primary care were offered based on 5G network.A small private online course(SPOC)was implemented via 5G network to support the live streaming and real-time online interaction for students.Meanwhile,the courses were recorded accordingly for those who cannot attend the live online course.Features concerning learning points and quizzes,questionnaires and Q&A were provided based on WeChat platform.Furthermore,a comprehensive evaluation system was created to promote students’core competencies through the formative evaluation,feedback,reflection,guidance,and summary.Results 5G network provided an experienced data rate that met the bandwidth demand of the downlink and uplink throughputs during the course.The formative evaluation and feedback loop supported by 5G network could anticipate the learning habits and scores of medical students more rapidly and accurately,which contributes to enhance the quality of education and teaching management.Conclusions Medical education in integration of public health and primary care via 5G network technology is a new teaching model.It will not only promote the core competencies of medical students,but also enhance the quality of education and teaching management. |
