外伤性脾破裂保脾性手术的选择应用

目的：总结外伤性脾破裂保脾性手术临床应用经验。方法：回顾性分析近4年间28例脾外伤保脾的病人的临床资料及其治疗效果。结果：24例手术治疗，其中部分脾切除19例；脾脏修补3例；全脾切除加自体脾脏组织移植术2例；非手术疗法4例，1例死亡，其余均获得痊愈出院。结论：个体化综合治疗可提高保脾的成功率。

The operational application of spleen traumatic rupture reserving spleen operation

Objective： to summarize the experiences of clinical application of reserving spleen operation in cases with spleen traumatic rupture. Methods： Retrospective analysis of clinical data and therapeutic eticacy of 28 cases of spleen rupture with reserving spleen in our division in last four years. Results： Of all 28 cases, 19 cases with the part splenectomy,3 cases with spleen repair operation methods;2 cases with the all splenectomy and organization tansplant from the body therapy, 4 cases with nonoperative therapy,1 case dead and others healing well. Conclusion：individuative and comprehesive therapy can raise the success ratio of reserving spleen cases.
