单侧多功能外固定架在四肢骨折中的应用

四肢骨折传统内固定、外固定(石膏、夹板、牵引等)方法很多，但是存在局部血运破坏较重，固定不可靠，加压不确切，动、静结合部完善，术后护理不便，功能恢复晚以及并发症多等缺点，多功能外固定支架治疗四肢骨折无需剥离过着周围组织，不破坏髓腔外血运，有利于开放伤口的处理，固定强度大，并可随时调整，可进行早期功能锻炼，预防关节粘连，提高治愈率，减少并发症又避免了内固定的二次手术，在处理多发伤时，此法可对骨折行及时有效的固定，即为抢救赢得时间，又防止因治疗其他创伤影响骨折整复造成的不良后果。此外多功能外固定架也是治疗骨不连、 感染性骨折、骨缺损等骨折并发症的简单有效的方法。
