胼胝体发育不全的MRI诊断

摘    要:
目的探讨胼胝体发育不全的MRI征像。方法回顾性分析13例胼胝体发育不全病例的MRI征像。结果胼胝体体部部分缺如4例,缺如段长度为1.5。2.5cm;胼胝体压部缺如或失去正常球茎状结构6例,胼胝体膝部及压部均缺如1例,胼胝体前后径与脑组织前后径之比〈0.3;胼胝体各部分均变细、变薄、变小1例;胼胝体膝部及压部形态变小、呈细线状1例。其中,伴有其他中枢神经系统畸形7例,分别为胼胝体脂肪瘤3例,脑裂畸形、灰质异位、透明隔缺如、脑白质发育不良各1例。结论MRI显示胼胝体发育不全的直接征像清晰、准确,以正中矢状面显示为佳。伴有明显临床症状的胼胝体发育不全病例多合并其他中枢神经系统畸形。

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate MRI findings of dysgenesis of the corpus callosum(DCC).Methods The MRI finding of 13 cases of DCC were retrospectively analyzed.Results The location of DCC was in trunk of the corpus callosum in 4 cases,and the trunk of the corpus callosum was partially deleted in about 1.5~2.5 cm length.The splenium of corpus callosum was deleted or small in 6 cases,and both of genu and splenium of corpus callosum were deleted 1 case.The ratio of anterior-posterior diameter of the corpus callosum with fronto-occipital diameter of the cerebrum was less than 0.3.Thesmall and thinness of corpus callosum and the genu and splenium of corpus callosum was 1 case respectively.Other concomitant malformations of the brian were presented in 7 cases,such as lipoma in 3 cases,schizencephaly and gray matter heterotopias in 1,lack of septum pellucidium in 1,the white matter of brain dysplasia in 1.Conclusion MRI can demonstrate accurately and clearly the direct features of DCC,especially in sagittal plane,The case of DCC with abvious clinical symptoms is almost accompanied by other malformations of brain.
