酮康唑治疗复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察并评价酮康唑口服联合阴道用药对复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病患者的疗效。方法对2003-07~2004-07间收治的120例复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组初次治疗为:阴道应用酮康唑400 mg/d,14 d巩固治疗,每次月经后口服酮康唑,400 mg/d,5 d。连用3个月经周期。对照组仅局部阴道应用酮康唑400 mg/d,14 d观察治疗组的疗效反应与对照组进行比较。结果治疗后1个月第1次复诊时,治疗组治愈率73.3%,对照组治愈率56.7%;治疗后3个月第2次复诊时,治疗组治愈率83.3%,对照组治愈率66.7%。无严重不良反应发生,仅少数的患者出现头晕、恶心、乏力、厌食等症状,实验室检查血、尿常规各项指标均正常,上述症状停药后即消失。结论应用酮康唑口服联合局部用药治疗复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病有效、安全、复发率低。

Abstract:Objective To observe and assess the curative effect of combined use of and local ketoconazole on treatment of relapse candidiasis of vagina.Methods 120 cases of such patient from July 2003 to July 2004 were divided into two groups randomly.The therapy group was treated with 400 mg ketoconazole in vagina for 14 days and 400 mg/d for 5 days after menses for 3 times.The control group was treated with 400 mg ketoconazole in vagina.The curative effect and side effect were compared.Results The curative rate was 73.3% in therapy group and 56.7% in control group in first return visit after 1 month.The curative rate was 83.3% in therapy group and 66.7% in control group in second return visit after 3 month.There was no severe side effect except dizzy,headache,fatigue with normal lab data.The side effects were disappeared after stopping drug use.Conclusion This method of combination use of ketoconazole might be effect,safe with less relapse rate to treat such disease.
