| 摘 要： | 目的通过联合手术治疗大龄儿童先天性髋关节脱位，探讨手术治疗方法及其效果。方法对42例（51髋）大龄先天性髋关节脱位患者采用联合手术进行治疗。结果随访时间，平均5年又2个月。根据Mckay临床评定标准，优14例（16髋），良20例（26髋）可5例，差3例，优良率82．3％。结论大龄先天性髋关节脱位，采用单一方法的手术治疗其并发症多，联合手术可获得较满意的治疗效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the operative method and effect of combination operation for teenage hip joint dislocation.Methods 51 joints of 41 cases were treated with combination therapy.Results According to Mckay standard,there were 16 joint excellent,26 joints good and 3 cases bad with effective rate of 82.3% after 62 months follow-up.Conclusion The combination operation might have more advantage than single method in complication and curative effect. |
