| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胎儿脐动脉（UA）、大脑中动脉（MCA）、肾动脉（RA）血流多普勒检测，在提高围儿质量中的价值。方法应用多普勒超声技术检测112例胎儿的脐动脉、大脑中动脉、肾动脉血流的S／D值、RI值，其中正常妊娠64例，妊高征48例。结果妊高征组轻度缺氧时UA、RA血流RI及S／D值升高，而中度缺氧时同时伴有MCA的RI及S／D值降低，综上新生儿预后较好，当重度缺氧时UA、RA血流RI及S／D值明显升高，同时MCA的RI及S／D明显异常升高，新生儿预后较差，其中有2例死亡。结论检测妊高征中晚期胎儿脐动脉、大脑中动脉、肾动脉血流，对预测胎儿供血，供氧情况降低围产儿病死率，提高围产儿健康质量具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value of Doppler detection on UA,MCA and RA blood flow to improve the fetus quality.Methods The S/d value,RI value of UA,MCA and RA blood flow of 112 fetus cases were detected with color Doppler among them there were 64 cases of normal pregnancy and 48 cases PIH.Results The RI and S/D increased in PIH slight hypoxia group of PIH of UA,MCA and RA blood flow but decreased in moderate group in MGA.The both group's prognosis was good.In the severe hypoxia group,the RI and S/D value were increased with bad prognosis and 2 cases dead.Conclusion The detection of blood flow of large arteries of fatal might be important for predict the prognosis of neonate of oxygen supply and decrease the mortality so that to improve the neonate quality. |
