亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤

目的 观察亚低温脑保护对救治重型颅脑损伤的治疗效果。方法 将84例重型颅脑损伤病人随机分为对照组和亚低温组，对照组42例给予控制血压、脱水、营养脑细胞等常规治疗，亚低温组42例除了常规治疗外，加用33℃～35℃亚低温治疗，进行对比分析，并且前瞻性分析两组疗效。结果 治疗组42例患者，恢复良好率57．1％（24／42），病死率19％（8／42）。疗效明显优于对照组，未发生相关的并发症。结论 亚低温能显著降低重型颅脑损伤的死亡率，改善颅脑损伤患者神经功能预后，并具有安全、显著降低病死率及癫痫发生率等优点。

Treatment of Severe Brain Trauma with Sub-hypothermia

Objective To observe the curative effect of cerebral protection with hypothermia to treat severe brain trauma.Methods 84 cases of such patient were divided into two groups.42 cases of control group were treated with routine methods.Other 42 cases of therapy group were treated hypothermia of 33～35℃ on bases of routine therapy.The curative effect was compared and analyzed prospectively.Results The recovery rate was 57.1% and mortality was 19% in therapy group without relative complications those were better than in control group.Conclusion The hypothermia might decrease the mortality of severe brain trauma and improve the nerve function with safe and obviously effect.
