LASIK术后应用不同糖皮质激素滴眼液对眼压的影响

目的：探讨不同糖皮质激素滴眼液对准分子激光辅助原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术后1m时眼压的影响。方法：将接受手术的360例600眼连续LASIK术后惑者分成3组，分别使用0.1％拂雷、0．5％帕利百、0.1％艾氟龙滴眼液行常规治疗，1m时测眼压并进行统计学处理。结果：不同糖皮质激素滴眼液引起眼压增高的发生率各异，拂雷组为36．0％，帕利百组为25．0％，艾氟龙组为14．5％。对相同的糖皮质激素滴眼液，高度和超高度组激素性高眼压发生率明显高于其他组。结论：0．1％拂雷滴眼液对眼压的影响最强，0．5％帕利百次之，0.1％艾氟龙对眼压的影响最小。对同一种药物，高度和超高度近视人群眼压增高比率大。

Study of the effects of different corticosteroid eyedrops on intraocular pressure after LASIK

Objective: To evaluate the effects of different corticosteroid eyedrops on intraocular pressure (IOP) 1 month after LASIK surgery. Methods: 360 cases(654 eyes) were divided into three groups and treated with either 0.1% FLX, 0.5% POLY-PRED,or 0.1% FML. The IOP was measured after one month and the resulting data was statistically analyzed. Results : There was a difference in the incidence of IOP elevation caused by different eyedrops. There was a 35. 78% incidence rate for 0. 1% FLX, 24. 77% for 0.5% POLY-PRED and 14.68% for 0. 1% FML. Among the groups, there was a high incidence of high IOP in eyes with high myopia. This was higher than for emmetropes,with 88.6% for 0.1% FLX,72.5% for 0. 5% POLY-PRED,and 57.1% for 0.1% FML.Conclusion:The incidence of ocular hypertension varied with different corticosteroid eyedrops. FLX had the highest incidence, followed by POLY-PRED and FML. The incidence of corti-costeroid-induced hypertension in the high myopia group was very significant.
