| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨MCM2在膀胱移性细胞癌的表达及其预后意义.方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测MCM2在36例膀胱移性细胞癌标本中的表达,同时分析MCM2表达与临床病理之间的关系,MCM2表达与肿瘤复发之间的关系.结果:36例膀胱移性细胞癌标本均表达MCM2,且其表达与肿瘤的分化程度有显著相关性(P＜0.001),而于临床分期无显著相关性,复发患者均为MCM2高表达.结论:MCM2在膀胱移性细胞癌组织中表达增高,MCM2表达标记指数可作为预后指标.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study MCM2 expression and the prognostic value of MCM2 on survival of patients with bladder transitional cell cancer.Methods: the immunohistochemical expression of MCM2 was examined in 36 specimens of patients with bladder cancer.The relationship between MCM2 expression and clinicopathological characteristics of bladder cancer were analysed.Results: MCM2 was expressed in all 36 bladder cancer specimens,and a significant association was demonstrated between MCM2 expression and the degree of tumor differentiation(P<0.001).Conclusions: MCM2 expression rose in bladder transitional cell cancer.Determination of immunostaining of tumor cells for MCM2 can be used to indicate prognosis for the patients with bladder cancer. |
