摘    要:目的:评价左氧氟沙星两种方案治疗泌尿系统感染的成本-效果。方法:77例泌尿系统感染患者分别应用左氧氟沙星序贯疗法(治疗组)、单纯左氧氟沙星注射液(对照组)治疗,观察疗效及不良反应,并对两种方案采用药物经济学中最小成本分析法进行分析。结果:两种治疗方案的有效率、细菌清除率和不良反应的差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);治疗组与对照组的成本分别为172.14和353.50元;成本-效果比分别为187.31和372.11。结论:左氧氟沙星序贯疗法是治疗泌尿系统感染的较佳方案。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate cost-effectiveness of two therapeutic schemes of levofloxacin in the treatment of urinary system infection. Methods: Seventy seven patients with urinary system infection were randomly divided into 2 groups. One group (treatment group) took the sequential therapy with levofloxacin and the other (control group) took pure injection of levofloxaein. Therapeutic effectiveness and adverse drug reaction(ADR) were observed and a cost-minimization analysis was performed for the 2 groups. Results: There were no significant differences between 2 groups in therapeutic effectiveness, bacterial clearance and incidence of ADR (P〉0.05). The cost of treatment group and control group were 172. 14 yuan and 353.50 yuan, respectively. The cost-effectiveness ratios of 2 groups were 187. 31 and 372. 11, respectively. Conclusion: Sequential therapy with levofloxacin was better than pure injection in the treatment of urinary system infection.
