“逆针”与“逆灸”对去卵巢大鼠血脂水平的影响

目的:观察“逆针”与“逆灸”对随后的卵巢摘除大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法:采用3.5月龄SD雌性大鼠40只,随机分为假手术组、去卵对照组、逆针去卵组和逆灸去卵组,分别测定其血清总胆固醇(TCh)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)。结果:去卵对照组与假手术组相比,TCh、TG升高不显著(P>0.05),HDL显著降低(P<0.05),而LDL显著升高(P<0.05)。逆针与逆灸去卵组TG明显低于去卵对照组(P<0.05),HDL显著高于去卵对照组(P<0.01),并且逆灸去卵组LDL也明显低于去卵对照组(P<0.05)。逆针、逆灸去卵组与假手术组三者间各指标无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:“逆针”“逆灸”可对随后的去卵巢大鼠血脂水平的紊乱起到一定的抵抗与调整作用。

Effect of Preventive Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Blood-lipid Level in Ovariectomy Rats

Objective:To investigate changes of blood lipid in ovariectomy rats after treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion in advance. Methods:Forty SD female rats(3.5 month old) were randomly and evenly divided into sham-operation group,ovariectomy group,preventive acupuncture group and preventive moxibustion group. In preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion groups, “Guanyuan” (CV 4) was punctured with the needle retained for 20 min, and given with moxibustion for one moxa-cone respectively. The treatment was conducted twice every week, 4 weeks altogether. One month later,all the rats were killed for collecting blood examples. Serum total cholesterol (TCh),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) concentrations were detected with colorimetry. Results:Compared with sham-operation group, TCh and TG of ovariectomy group increased slightly(P> 0.05), but HDL decreased significantly and LDL increased significantly(P<0.05), showing an increase of blood lipid in ovariectomized rats. Compared with ovariectomy group,TG levels of preventive acupuncture group and preventive moxibustion group decreased significantly(P<0.05),and HDL levels of these two groups increased significantly(P<0.01). In addition,the level of LDL of preventive moxibustion group decreased significantly compared with ovariectomy group(P<0.05). Besides,there were no considerable differences in the levels of the 4 indexes of blood lipid among preventive acupuncture,preventive moxibustion and sham-operation groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Preventive acupuncture and preventive moxibustion can play a certain role in resisting or adjusting disorders of blood lipid in the ovariectomized rats.
