摘    要:建立了一个在线氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法直接测定人发中痕量锑的分析方法,设计了微型在线氢化物发生器及操作程序,选择了氢化物发生的各项最佳条件。在所测定的人发中,锑含量在45.5~215.3ng/g之间,经回收率试验,其值在93.6%~102.2%之间。

Abstract:A method for the determination of trace antimony in hair by on-line hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established. The manifold and operating program for on-line hydride generation were designed and optimized operation condition for hydride generation were investigated. The detection limit is 0.084 ng/ml. The analysis of hair samples, obtained from JiangXi China evidenced the presence of Sb at concentration levels from 45.5 to 215.3 ng/g with recovery from 93.6% to 102.2%.
