摘    要:①目的建立简易、实用的生物素-亲和素系统(ABC)的免疫酶染色试验(ABC-IEST)和斑点酶联免疫吸附试验(ABC-Dot-ELISA)的方法,以检测弓形虫病的微量抗体。②方法以全虫和可溶性虫体为抗原,在常规IEST和Dot-ELISA的基础上,加用ABC,观察其特异度和敏感度。③结果ABC-IEST和ABC-Dot-ELISA的特异度和常规法相同,但敏感度有显著提高。④结论ABC法可应用于微量抗体及早期感染的检测。

Abstract:Objective To establish simple and practical ABC IEST and ABC DOT ELISA methods for detecting the trace amount of toxoplasma antibody. Methods ABC method together with rotine IEST and Dot ELISA was used to detect the whole protozoa body and soluble extract. Results The specificity of ABC IEST and ABC Dot ELISA were the same as the rotine method, but the sensitivity were 2 and 2.4 times higher respectively than that of the rotine method. Conclusion The results of this study suggest that both ABC IEST and ABC Dot ELISA methods may be available in the detection of trace amount of toxoplasma antibody and early diagnosis of toxoplasmosis infections.
