重庆市临床运动心肺康复发展现状与对策研究

目的 通过文献资料调查与实地访谈、问卷调查法了解重庆市二级以上综合医院临床运动心肺康复发展的现状与存在的问题与不足，分析查找制约重庆市临床运动心肺康复发展的因素，并提出改革与发展的意见与建议，为重庆市临床运动心肺发展、为医院与职能部门提供科学决策的依据。方法 通过文献研究、实地走访调查与问卷调查法，对重庆市115所二级以上综合医院康复科以及运动心肺康复进行统计与筛选，向其中开展运动心肺康复业务的6所医院发放调查问卷500份，回收问卷483份，有效问卷351份，对所得数据利用Epidata3.1及spss13.0统计学软件对重庆市临床运动心肺康复状况进行分析与研究。结果 重庆市115所二级以上综合医院康复科的设置率为41.7%,开展心脏康复、运动心肺康复的医院仅有6家；康复科床位数少，基本人员配备不足，医护人员比仅为2∶2.6，专职健康运动指导师人员严重缺乏。结论 重庆市临床运动心肺康复呈现出医院与地区相关政策建设滞后、康复治疗整体发展不平衡、发展起步晚、业务水平较低的滞后状态。缺乏专业健康运动指导师、医护人员整体认知不足，居民运动康复治疗接受度低、病源不足是制约其发展的主要因素。

The Research of Development Status and Strategies of Clinical Exercise Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation in ChongQing Municipality

[Abstract] Purpose Through literature survey , field interview and questionnaire survey to understand the current development situation and the existing problems and deficiencies of the exercise cardiopulmonary rehabilitation development in Level 2 and above the general hospitals in ChongQing, analyses the affecting factors of the development of clinical exercise cardiopulmonary rehabilitation in ChongQing,and put forward scientific medecision-making basis suggestions to reform and develop the clinical exercise cardiopulmonary development in ChongQing. Methods Using the literature research, visiting survey , questionnaire survey , to stduy the second class above of the heart movement rehabilitation hospital in ChongqQing, issue 500 questionnaires to the 6 hospitals that have the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation exercise, recoverying 483 questionnaires, 351 is valid questionnaires, using data from Epidata3.1 and spss13.0 statistical software to analyze the development Status and Strategies of the clinical exercise cardiopulmonary rehabilitation conditions in ChongQing .Results By visiting more than 115 secondary comprehensive hospitals, 3400 medical workers, and casting the 500 questionnaires to the 6 campaigning cardiopulmonary rehabilitation hospitals , recoverys the 483 questionnaires, 351 is the valid questionnaires.Analyzing the data and getting the following results: 115 secondary general hospital rehabilitation Settings rate is 41.7%, with cardiac rehabilitation, sports cardiopulmonary rehabilitation hospital only has six, the setting rate is 5.2%.the Department of beds is less, the shortage of the basic personnel , medical personnel rate is only 2: 2.6; Rehabilitation exercise cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, joint rehabilitation, homework rehabilitation, is unbalanced development, and health sports instructors is lack.Conclusion The development of the ChongQing rehabilitation medicine is very unbalanced, cardiac rehabilitation, exercise cardiopulmonary rehabilitation overall level is low.The started construction and development of the Cardiac rehabilitation exercise cardiopulmonary rehabilitation technology cannot have the national policy supportting, Especially to establish to the suitable system of the medical fitness instructor professional vocational qualification , to provide talent guaranteefor the new type of cardiac rehabilitation health management team ,to Strengthen the propaganda of the exercise cardiopulmonary rehabilitation concept,to improve the knowledge accomplishment of the science exercise, exercise cardiopulmonary rehabilitation medicine , to increase the residents'' acceptance,to promote the development of ChongQing cardiopulmonary rehabilitation exercise.
