从授课竞赛看医学院青年教师教学水平的提高

在近几年的全国医学院校青年教师基本功授课竞赛中，参赛青年教师的授课水平显著提高，但其中也存在一些值得注意的问题，本文对此进行了阐述并提出建议。首先，青年教师在授课中应注重科研进展的引入和科研思维的引导，且对引入的方式和内容要进行认真地研讨，避免生搬硬套和以偏概全。其次，对学生应加强批判性思维与辩证思维方式的培养，使学生在科学探索过程中能够运用批判的、辨证的、联系的观点去分析问题和解决问题。再次，授课中还应关注医学生的人文教育，通过在课堂上人文思想的渗透，潜移默化的影响学生。最后，青年教师应充分发挥自己具备快速学习能力的优势，以互联网为平台进行课堂教学手段的改革，促进师生间的互动，丰富自己的课堂。

How to improve Teaching Ability of Young Teachers in Medical College: Experiences from National Teaching Contests.

National Teaching Contests of young teachers from medical colleges in China has been held for several years. Experiences obtained from participating and observing the contest have shown that the teaching ability and quality of young teachers were dramatically improved over these years. But there are a few problems worthy of attention. First, up-to-date progress in scientific research should be introduced to the class in proper way. Apply the scientific material mechanically or overgeneralize individual findings should be avoided in this process. Secondly, the teachers should strengthen the cultivation of critical thinking and dialectical way of thinking, to enable students to use critical thinking, the integrated point of view to analyze and solve the problem. Thirdly, we should pay attention to the humanistic education of medical students in the course of teaching. We can influence the students through the infiltration of humanistic thoughts in the classroom. Finally, young teachers can give full play to their advantages of rapid learning and to use internet as a platform for the reform of teaching methods to promote the interaction between teachers and students, enriching their classroom.
