中西药结合治疗急性湿疹疗效观察

[目的]观察中西药结合治疗急性湿疹的临床疗效。[方法]选取40例病例,口服自拟中药方,每日1剂,口服氯雷他定10 mg,每日1次,外搽炉甘石洗剂,每天早晚各1次;连用2周后观察结果。[结果]痊愈23例,显效12例,总有效率为87.5%。[结论]中西药结合治疗急性湿疹可获得较好的临床疗效。

The Clinical Study on Acute Eczema Treated with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicin

[ Objective ] To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatmentof acute eczema. [Methods] Forty patientswith acute eczema were were treated with chinese herbamedicine and cetirizine 10mg every day and apply some calaminae lotion on the skin lesions twic a day. Two weeks of treatmentwas taken a one therapeutic course. [Results] 23 patientswere cured, 12 patients showe markedly effective. The totaleffective ratewas 87 5%. [Conclusion] Acute eczema to be treate with integrated traditional chinese and western medicine was showed the better response .
