摘    要:采用同位素示踪方法 ,观察了雄性SD大鼠跑台运动后即刻骨骼肌线粒体Ca2 +摄取的动力学变化 ,发现运动后大鼠骨骼肌线粒体初始Ca2 +摄取率和最大Ca2 +摄取量均较安静组增加 ,特别是线粒体摄Ca2 +速率明显增加 ,线粒体摄Ca2 +曲线左移 ,提示大鼠运动后线粒体摄Ca速率的增加可能是运动后线粒体Ca2 +聚积的重要原因。

Abstract:Kinetic changes of the skeletal muscle mitochondrial (Mit) Ca 2 uptake in male SD rats were observed by means of isotope tracing immediately after running on a treadmill. The results showed that both the initial Mit Ca 2 uptake rate and the maximum Ca 2 uptake increased respectively in comparison with the control group; moreover, the Ca 2 uptake speed showed an especially evident acceleration and a left shift was found in the Ca 2 uptake curve. It was suggested, therefore, that the increase of the Ca 2 uptake speed might be the cause of Mit Ca 2 accumulation.
