腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术96例分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术的手术方法、适应证、并发症、术后疗效。方法回顾分析2009年1月至2009年12月宜兴市人民医院所行96例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术患者的术中、术后情况。结果 96例均在腹腔镜下完成,其中多发性肌瘤3例,浆膜下肌瘤5例,阔韧带肌瘤2例,肌壁间肌瘤86例,平均术后住院5d,其中1例肌壁间肌瘤因肌瘤大,位置深,术后出现瘤腔内出血,持续发热20d。结论严格掌握手术适应证、禁忌证,腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术是一种安全、有效的微创手术。

The Analysis of Laparoscopic Hysteromyomectomy: Report of 96 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical value, indications and complications of laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy. Method From January 2009 to December 2009 in Yixing People’s Hospital, 46 cases of laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy were performed in our hospital. Results Surgeries failure occurred in none of the cases.There are 3 cases with multiple myoma, 5 cases with subserosal myoma, 2 cases with broad ligament myoma and 86 cases with intramural myoma. Conclusions Laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy is a safe and effective procedure with minimal invasions if indicationsand contraindications were scritinized.
