当归与东当归对大鼠离体子宫平滑肌的影响

本文对当归和东当归在动物离体子宫平滑肌上进行了药理学比较。实验结果表明当归与东当归对离体子宫平滑肌的作用存在明显的差异．当归主要表现为抑制作用，而东当归则主要表现为兴奋作用。二者均具有对抗垂体后叶素引起的子宫平滑肌的兴奋作用。

Influence of Angelica sinensis and A. acutiloba on Isolated smooth Muscle of Rat Uteri

. sinensis, its dried root as a traditional chinese drug, is widely used to nourish the blood and to invigorate the blood circulation for the treatment of menstrual disorders. A. acutiloba collected by the japanesepharmacopoeia is similor to A. sinensis. Both belong to the Angelica family. In order to investigate the difference of the two drugs in bioactivity and evaluate their quality, resarches have been conducted on isolatedsmooth muscle of rat uteri. The results demonstrated that A. sinensis has a significantly inhibitory activity tothe contraction of non-pregnant or pregnant rat uteri, however, A. acutiloba has the differential action, inducing obvioushu the smooth muscle contraction. Both drugs can block the contractile response of pituitrin,but, A. sinensis is more effective than A. acutiloba in this action. These observations suggest that the twodrugs may have some difference in chemical component.
