肝炎肝硬化胃动素、胃泌素水平与肝功能损害的关系

目的探讨肝炎肝硬化病人空腹血浆胃动素、胃泌素水平变化及与肝功能损害的关系。方法应用ELISA法检测肝炎肝硬化和正常人空腹血浆胃动素、胃泌素水平,并进行比较。结果肝炎肝硬化病人空腹胃动素、胃泌素水平均明显高于正常人（P〈0．01），且Child C级〉B级〉A级（P〈0．01），肝炎肝硬化时空腹血浆胃动素、胃泌素水平与血浆白蛋白呈负相关（r=-0．55,r=-0．47,均为P〈0．01），与血清总胆红素呈正相关（r=0．66，r=0．72，均为P〈0.01）.结论肝炎肝硬化病人的血浆胃动素、胃泌素水平明显升高，与肝功能损害程度有关。

The Relationship Between the Level of Plasma Motilin and Gastrin and Liver Dysfunction inPatients with Liver Cirrhosis

Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of plasma motilin and gastrin and liver dysfunction in patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods The level of plasma motilin and gastrin was measured by Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay（ ELISA ） in 43 patients with liver cirrhosis as well as 20 healthy adults. Results In patients with liver cirrhosis, plasma motilin and gastrin level was significantly higher than that in the other two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The plasma motilin and gastrin level in liver cirrhosis patients was negatively correlated with serum albumin （ r = - 0.55, r = - 0.47, P 〈 0.01 ）, but positively with bilirubin （ r = 0.66, r = 0.72, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Plasma motilin and gastrin level was increased in patients with liver cirrhosis and that was associated with the damage of liver function.
