| 摘 要： | 目的应用反相高效液相色谱法测定脉络宁注射液中绿原酸的含量。方法以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(15∶85∶1)为流动相，采用C18化学键合硅胶为固定相，在330 nm进行测定。结果绿原酸在0.024 5～0.245 μg范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为98.36%。结论该方法简便、可靠、准确，可用于该制剂的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Mailuoning injection by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography.METHOD C18 column was used with the mixture of methanol H-2O-acetic acid (15∶85∶1) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1 with the detection wavelength at 330 nm.RESULTS The method proved to be linear over the range of 0.024 5～0.245 μg.The recovery of the assay was 98.36%.CONCLUSION The method appeared to be simple,reliable,accurate and can be used to the quality control of the preparation. |
