39例干骺-骨骺型大骨节病X线研究

目的 探讨骨骺-干骺型大骨节病的X线诊断。方法 X线拍摄39例干骺-骨骺型大骨节病患者右侧肢体、骨盆、脊柱和头颅。结果 39例病人中，病变均累及第2—4近节指骨和3—4中节指骨，锥形骨骺和与此相连接干骺部深层锯齿状边缘或凹陷，或在干骺部和骨骺之间致密骨块影是该病典型的X线征象。结论 锥型骨骺可以影响到除小指中节指骨以外的所有指骨．伴随多发性和可变性X线征象可以肯定做曲干骺-骨骼型大骨节病的诊断。

Radiological study on Kashin-Beck disease of metaphysio-epiphyses type an analysis of thirty nine cases

Objective To define and to correct the X-ray diagnosis of Kashin-Beck diseases (KBD) of metaphysio-epiphyses type.Methods The thirty-nine cases KBD of metaphysio-epiphyses type examined by X-ray films right extremities, pelvis, spine.Results The proximal phalanx of 2~4 fingers and middle phalanx of 3~4 fingers are involved in thirty-nine cases. A classical X-ray signs presented in these films which tip of cone epiphysis connected with the indentation of metaphysis in its deep border and depressed or a dense mass lie between of metaphysis and epiphysis.Conclusions Cone epiphyses can affect any phalanx but of majority of middle phalanx of the fifth finger. The unique X-ray signs go with their multiple and variety forms can make sure the diagnosis of KBD of metophysio-epiphyses type.
