创伤性湿肺的X线、CT诊断

目的总结X线、CT胸部检查对创伤性湿肺的诊断价值。方法分析临床证实的创伤性湿肺43例，全部病例行胸部X线及CT检查。结果创伤性湿肺多出现于伤侧或双侧中下肺野，表现为问质型18例，节段实变型9例，弥漫实变型7例，云雾型9例。结论对临床疑为创伤性湿肺患者胸部常规X线检查是最重要的影像技术，而对于探测和判定早期创伤性湿肺，CT具有更大的敏感性和特异性。

X - ray and CT diagnosis of traumatic moist lung

Objective To summarize the value of X-ray and CT examinations of the chest for diagnosing traumatic moist lung. Methods Forty-three patients with clinically proved traumatic moist lung underwent X-ray and CT examinations of the chest . Results Traumatic moist lung mostly occurred in bilateral pulmonary middle-inferior field of traumatic side or opposite side ,of them ,interstitial pattern was found in 18 cases,segmentary consolidation pattern in 9 cases,diffuse consolidation pattern in 7 cases,and cloud pattern in 9 cases. Conclusion Conventional chest film is the most important imaging technique for initial evaluation and follow-up of patients with clinically suspected traumatic moist lung. However, CT is more sensitive and specific to defect and identify early traumatic moist lung.
