| 摘 要： | 目的探讨HBV血清标志物、前S2抗原（HBV PreS2-Ag）与HBV DNA的相关性。方法对乙肝患者分别进行五项HBV血清标志物、前S2抗原的检测，同时采用PCR法检测HBVDNA的含量。结果大三阳组前S2抗原（＋）检出率和HBV DNA阳性检出率均高于小三阳组．且与小三阳组比较差异均有统计学意义；前S2抗原（-）组血清HBV DNA检出率为86．90％；前S2抗原（＋）组与血清HBV DNA的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论在HBV血清标志物、前S2抗原与HBV DNA检测中联合应用两种方法，可提高检出率．为判断HBV复制和传染性以及指导临床治疗提供更可靠的实验依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationships among routine detection of HBV,PreS2antigen (HBV PreS2-Ag) of hepatitis B virus and HBV DNA.
