血清与脑脊液唾液酸含量测定对脑瘤与脊髓瘤诊断价值的比较

检测脑瘤与脊髓肿瘤患者血清和脑脊液中唾液酸的含量,比较两者对脑瘤与脊髓瘤的诊断价值。方法应用ＳＡ快速比色测定盒对１１３例脑肿瘤和２４例脊髓肿瘤患者血清及ＣＳＦ唾认酸含量进行测定,分别进行组间比较。结论血清和ＣＳＦ中ＳＡ含量可和为脑瘤与脊髓瘤的诊断指标之一,而ＣＳＦ中ＳＡ含量的测定对脑瘤与脊髓瘤的诊断更具临床价值。

Diagnostic value and clinical significance of sialic acid in serum and CSF of patients with brain and spinal cord tumor

Objective To study the diagnostic value of sialic acid in the serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with brain and spinal tumor.Methods The total sialic acid fast test kit was used to measure levels of sialic acid in the serum and CSF of 113 patients with brain tumor and 24 patients with spinal cord tumor,and the results were compared with those of the control group and each other.Results The sialic acid levels in the serum and CSF of patients with brain and spinal cord tumor were significantly higher than those of control group ( P <0.01),and the patients with malignant tumor had higher sialic acid levels than those with benign tumor ( P <0.01).Conclusions Concentration of sialic acid in the serum and CSF can serve as an index of the diagnosis of brain and spinal cord tumor and the determination of the nature of the tumor,but the sialic acid test of CSF of patients with brain and spinal cord tumor was more valuable than that of serum of patients with brain and spinal cord tumor ( P <0.01).
