护理干预对癌症病人遵医行为的影响

目的 探讨护理干预对癌症病人遵医行为及生活质量的影响.方法 将80例住院癌症病人随机分为实验组与对照组,对照组给予常规护理;实验组在常规护理的基础上给予系统化、个体化护理干预;在入院时及入院后5个月,采用癌症病人生存质量表(EROTCQOLQ-C30)及自编的癌症病人遵医行为调查问卷表,对两组病人遵医行为及生活质量进行评分并比较.结果 实验组病人的遵医行为各项指标明显高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).实验组病人生活质量各项指标比对照组高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01或P<0.001).结论 系统化、个体化护理干预,既明显提高了癌症病人遵医行为,同时也提高了癌症病人的生活质量.

Effect of nursing intervention to treatment compliance in patients with cancer

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention to treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with cancer.Methods 80 Patients with cancer were randomized divided into two groups.In con-trel group,regular nursing measures were taken,while in experiment group systemized,individualized nursing intervention on the basis of regular nursing EROTCQOLQ-C30 and homemade questions of carcinoma patients' compliance with treatment on investigating was applied to score the treatment compliance of both groups and to compare with each other when hospitalization and 5 months after that.Results All indices of treatment compli-ance and quality of life were better in experiment group than those in control group,showing significant difference (P < 0.01 or P < 0.001).Conclusion Systemized,individualized nursing intervention improved obviously the treatment compliance in patients with cancer,which improved obviously the quality of life in patients with cancer.
