OSAHS及单纯鼾症患者醒觉特点的探讨

目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)及单纯鼾症(PS)患者醒觉的特点。方法:20例OSAHS患者经多导睡眠图检查确诊为OSAHS,同时记录最长呼吸暂停时间、总醒觉次数、>15s醒觉次数、最低血氧饱和度(LSaO2)等。20例PS患者作为对照,比较上述各项指标的变化。结果:与PS患者相比,OSAHS患者最长呼吸暂停时间、>15s醒觉次数及LSaO2有显著差异。OSAHS患者睡眠中最长呼吸暂停时间延长、>15s醒觉次数减少及LSaO2降低。结论:OSAHS患者对睡眠中频繁出现的呼吸事件的反应降低,甚至不能作出反应。

Arousal characteristics of patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome and primary snore

Objective:To study the arousal characteristrics of the patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) and primary snore.Methods:Twenty patients were diagnosed of OSAHS by using polysomnography(PSG).We had the records including longest apnea,total arousal number(TAN),total number of arousal lasting over 15 seconds(T15AN) and lowest oxygen saturation level(LSaO2).Twenty primary snore patients were included in control group.The data above-mentioned were compared.Results:Compared with the primary snore(PS)group,there were significant differences in longest apnea,total number of arousal lasting over 15 seconds(T15AN) and lowest oxygen saturation level(LSaO2).During sleep,the longest apnea extended,total number of arousal lasting over 15 seconds(T15AN) decreased and the lowest oxygen saturation level(LSaO2) reduced in OSAHS patients.Conclusion:There are few arousals occurring in the OSAHS patients compared with the primary snore patients,suggesting that the response to the respiratory events which occur during sleep is declined or even fails in the OSAHS patients.
