| 摘 要： | 前列腺癌根治性治疗（根治性手术或根治性放疗）是治愈局限性前列腺癌最有效的方法之一，但是20%的患者在术后5年内发生了生化复发，术后10年内仍有27%-53%的患者发生肿瘤局部复发或远处转移。因此生化复发患者的早期发现、正确评估和规范化治疗，对前列腺癌患者的总体治疗水平尤为重要。 |

| Abstract: | Radical treatment of prostate cancer （radical surgery or radical radiotherapy）is one of the most effective ways to cure localized prostate cancer, but 20% of the patients happened postoperative biochemical recurrence within five years. After 10 years still has 27% - 53% of the patients with tumor local recurrence or distant metastasis. There- fore biochemical recurrence in patients with early detection, correct evaluation and standardized treatment, the overall level of treatment in patients with prostate cancer is particularly important. |
