磁性附着体应用于口腔覆盖义齿修复的临床观察

目的探讨磁性附着体在口腔修复中的临床应用效果。方法对42例患者应用磁性附着体行覆盖义齿修复,测量义齿修复前后的咀嚼效能,测量义齿的固位力。结果磁性附着体粘固即刻义齿的固位力为（886.25±0.41）g,咀嚼效能测定的光密度值为0.83±0.18,明显大于粘固前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。粘固后3周义齿的固位力为（890.31±0.31）g,咀嚼效能测定的光密度值为0.84±0.25,与粘固即刻比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论磁性附着体应用于口腔覆盖义齿修复,临床效果满意,值得推广应用。

Clinical observation of oral magnetic attachment in overdentures

Objective To study the effect of clinical application of magnetic attachment in oral cavity repair. Meth- ods forty-two cases of patients were restored with magnetic attachment denture, measured masticatory function and den- ture retention force before and .after denture placement. Results Fixed force immediate denture cement was （ 886.25 ± 0.41 ） g, masticatory efficiency measured optical density value of 0.83 ± 0.18, significantly greater than before cementa- tion, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After three weeks of denture cement retention force （890.31 ±0.31 ） g, masticatory efficiency ratio measured optical density value of 0.84 ± 0.25, compared with that of immediately after cementation, difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Magnetic attachment used in over dentures show satistactory clinical results, and should be widely applied.
