| 摘 要： | 目的：考察烟酸凝胶骨架缓释片贮存期间稳定性。方法：采用加速试验和长期试验方法，考察外观性状、含量和释放度。结果：密封包装条件下，36个月内外观性状、含量和释放度检查结果没有显著性变化。结论：该制剂密封条件下贮存，有效期可以定为2年。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the stability of gel matrix sustained release tablets of nicotinic acid in storied terms.Method: The characters,content and release rate were studied by the accelerated and long-term tests.Result:Under the tight packing condition, no obvious changes were observed for the characters,contents and release rate of the samples within 36 months.Conclusion:Storied in tight container,the recommended validity life of tablets is 2 years. |
