| 摘 要： | 目的：观察神香苏合丸对狗冠脉流量及心肌耗氧的影响。方法：采用在位心脏冠测流量法,狗１６只,分３组,麻醉后行气管插管,行冠状静脉窦插管测定血流量,并计算每１００ｇ心肌血流量。根据动脉及冠状静脉窦血氧差计算心肌耗氧量及心肌氧提取率。然后分别给予生理盐水２ｍｇ／ｋｇ,为阴性对照组;麝香保心丸５４ｍｇ／ｋｇ（相当于推荐人用量２．７ｍｇ／ｋｇ的２０倍）,为阳性对照组;神香苏合丸５６０ｍｇ／ｋｇ（相当于推荐人

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo investigate the
effects of Shenxiang Shuhe pill on the flow of coronaria arteria(FAC) and the consumption
of myocardial oxigen(CMO ) in dogs.METHOD16 dogs were devided randomly
to 3 groups,i.e. norm al saline(NS) control,Shexiang Baoxin pill control and Shenxiang
Suhe pill group .The drugs were administrated orally.The FAC and CMO were determinated
with in s itu dogs.RESULTSShenxiang Suhe pill group which administrated
20 ti mes that of recommened dose for human beings increased the flow of coronaria art
eria significantly(P＜0.05),which
was similar to that of Shexiang Ba oxin pill group,but had no effect on the consumption of
myocardial oxygen. CONCLUSIONShenxiang Suhe pill is effetive in the
anti-myocardial ischemic. |
