生物活性材料治疗牙本质敏感症的研究进展

牙本质敏感症是一种常见的口腔临床症状,我国成年人患病率为33.5％,给患者的口腔健康和生活质量带来负面影响.目前临床上常用的治疗方法为药物、激光、材料充填及冠修复等.其中,生物活性材料因其生物学上与天然组织相似,展现出良好的应用前景.本文就治疗牙本质敏感的生物活性材料的研究进展作一综述.

Research progress of treatment of dentin hypersensitivity with bioactive materials

Dentin hypersensitivity is a common oral clinical symptom that has a negative impact on patients' oral health and quality of life, of which the average prevalence is 33.5% among adults in China. At present, the treatment methods of dentin hypersensitivity commonly used in clinic include medicine, laser, filling with materials, crown restoration and so on. Recently, bioactive materials show a considerable application prospect in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity because of their biological similarity to natural tissue. This paper reviews the research progress of bioactive materials in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity.
