60例小儿病毒性脑炎脑电图分析

目的：讨论脑电图对小儿急性病毒性脑炎的诊断价值、判断病情严重程度及对疾病预后评价的意义。方法：对60例确诊病毒性脑炎病例行脑电图、头颅CT、脑脊液检查,并对结果行回顾性分析。结果：脑电图异常率为86.7%,头颅CT异常率为25.0%,脑脊液异常率为58.3%,采用配对χ2检验,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且脑电图的严重程度和患者的病情轻重和预后呈平行关系。结论：脑电图检查简便易行,没有创伤及副作用,在小儿病毒性脑炎的早期诊断、判断病情严重程度、评估疗效及预后等方面有很好的应用价值。

Electroencephalogram analysis of 60 cases of children with viral encephalitis

Objective： To discuss the value of electroencephalogram（EEG） in diagnosis,judging serious degree and prognosis of children with acute viral encephalitis.Methods： 60 patients were diagnosed with viral encephalitis were given EEG,head CT,CSF examination and the results were analyzed retrospectively.Results： Abnormal EEG rate was 86.7%,CT abnormal rate was 25.0%,abnormal cerebrospinal fluid rate was 58.3%,with paired χ2 test,the difference was statistically different（P0.05）,the severity of EEG and the severity of the patient＇s condition and prognosis were parallel.Conclusion： EEG is simple,with no trauma and side effects,and it has a good value in early diagnosis,judging the severity,assessing the efficacy and prognosis of viral encephalitis in children.
