L-精氨酸对冠心病患者心功能的作用

摘    要:为观察内皮衍生舒张因子(EDRF)合成前体-左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)对冠心病患者心功能的影响。21例心功能不全的冠心病患者在接受常规治疗的同时加用L-Arg一疗程(共7至10天).超声测定治疗前和治疗后心功能参数;22例对照组则在常规治疗的同时加用极化液静脉滴注一疗程(共7至10天);比较超声心动图测定结果。结果显示:L-Arg治疗组左室收缩和舒张功能参数较对照组改善更加显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。提示:L-Arg能改善冠心病患者的心功能,可望作为冠心病治疗的药物之一。

Abstract:The purpose of this article is to demonstrate theeffect of L-arginine (L-Arg). Precursorof endothelium-derived relaxing factor. on cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) Forty three patients with cardiac dysrunction induced by CHD was divided into two groupsrandomly. In active treated group, 21 patients were treated with both routine medication and shortterm administration of L-Arg for 7 to 10 days. The cardiac function parameters were measured byechocardiography before and after the administration of L-Arg. While in control group, 22 patientswer administrated with routine medication and short-torm GIK instead of L-Arg, cardiac functionparameters were tested with the mame metho and were compared with those of L-Arg treated group. Theresults showde that parameters reflecting ventricular systolic and diastolic function were improvedbetter in L-Arg treated group than in control group (P<0. 05 and P<0. 01). The results suggestthat L-Arg yield some benificial effects on improving cardiac function in patients with CHD.
