| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肾上腺结核的CT表现特点及意义。材料与方法：回顾性分析8例肾上腺结核的CT表现。结果：肾上腺结核依病期而有不同的CT表现：双侧肾上腺增大，并呈环状强化；双侧肾上腺部分或完全钙化。结论：CT扫描可准确显示肾上腺结核的形态，大小、强化特点，多数病例结合临床和实验室资料可获得正确诊断。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To study CT features of adrenal tuberculosis.Materials and Methods:CT Scans in 8 patients with adrenal tuberculosis were retrospectively studied.Results:CT scans revealed two different morphological manifestations depending on disease phase:Enlarged adrenals with ring enhancement,or partial or total calcified adrenals.Conclusion:CT Scan accurate assess the shape,size and enhanced condition of adrenal tuberculosis,The correct diagnosis could be made in the majority of cases by CT incombination with clinical and biochemical data. |
