电化学综合治疗体表恶性肿瘤的临床疗效分析

目的　分析电化学综合治疗体表恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法　对 3 85例体表恶性肿瘤实施电化学治疗 ,同时根据不同的肿瘤部位和病理类型辅加放疗、化疗或放疗 化疗及生物治疗。结果　 3 85例患者经电化学治疗后近期疗效为 :CR 190例( 4 9.4% ) ,PR 13 1例 ( 3 4.0 % ) ,NC 43例 ( 11.2 % ) ,PD 2 1例 ( 5 .5 % ) ,有效率 (CR PR )为 83 .4% ,1、2、3、4、5年生存率分别为95 .6%、89.4%、82 .1%、73 .2 %、5 9.7%。结论　电化学综合治疗体表恶性肿瘤疗效肯定 ,能有效提高患者近期疗效及 5年生存率 ,电化疗治疗适应证广 ,技术方法简便安全 ,副作用小 ,是治疗体表恶性肿瘤的 1种新的有效的治疗手段

Effect of Combined Electrochemical Therapy on Superficial Cancer

Objective To analyze the effect of combined electrochemical therapy on superficial cancer.Methods 385 cases of superficial cancer received electrochemical therapy,combined with radiotherapy,chemotherapy,or both,and biological therapy according to their location and pathological types.Results Of the 385 cases with electrochemical therapy,the CR was 49.4%(190/385),PR was 34.0%(131/385),NC was 11.2%(43/385),and PD was 5.5%(21/385).The overall effective rate(CR PR) was 84.4%.The survival rate was 95.6% at 1 year,89.4% at 2 years,82.1% at 3 years,73.2% at 4 years,and 59.7% at 5 years.Conclusion The combined electrochemical therapy is effective for the treatment of superficial cancer with increased response rate and the 5-year survival rate.The electrochemical therapy is a simple,safe and effective method for superficial cancer with a wide rang of indications and minor side effect.
